This chapter applies to the following pedestrian malls and adjacent areas located within the city of Sacramento:
A. K Street Mall. K Street from the easterly right-of-way line of 7th Street to the westerly right-of-way line of 8th Street, and from the easterly right-of-way line of 12th Street to the westerly right-of-way line of 13th Street and 11th Street from the southerly right-of-way line of J-K alley to the northerly right-of-way line of L Street. Such mall shall include all lands lying within the right-of-way lines of the portions of streets described herein.
B. Sacramento Entertainment and Sports Center Public Pedestrian Access Easement. All of the public pedestrian access easement within the area bounded by 5th, 7th, J and L Streets, as shown on the parcel map entitled "Sacramento Entertainment & Sports Center- Phase 3," recorded October 22, 2015 in Book 224 of Parcel Maps, at pages 0001, of Sacramento County. A copy is shown in Appendix A to this chapter.
C. Chinatown Mall.
Beginning at the center line intersection of 4th and J Streets, such intersection as shown on record of survey entitled "Area Contained within the Boundary of Project No. 4 of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Sacramento" and filed in the office of the county recorder of Sacramento County in Book 26 of Surveys, Map No. 18, proceeding thence north 18°25?13? east 64.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence from the true point of beginning north 71°25?10? west 10.00 feet; thence north 18°25?13? east 316.33 feet; thence south 71°32?48? east 50.00 feet; thence south 18°25?13? west 1555.86 feet; thence south 71°27?44.5? west 80.00 feet; thence south 18°26?17? west 50.00 feet; thence south 71°27?44.5? east 80.00 feet; thence south 18°26?17? west 74.43 feet; thence along a curve having a radius of 12.00 feet and a chord bearing and distance of south 63°30?27? west 16.95 feet; thence north 71°25?10? west 21.46 feet; thence north 18°34?50? east 65.00 feet; thence north 71°25?10? west 60.00 feet; thence south 18°34?50? west 65.00 feet; thence north 71°25?10? west 24.00 feet; thence north 18°34?50? east 57.00 feet; thence north 71°25?10? west 76.00 feet; thence south 18°34?50? west 57.00 feet; thence north 71°25?10? west 25.00 feet; thence north 18°34?50? east 60.00 feet; thence north 71°25?10? west 78.00 feet; thence south 18°34?50? west 60.00 feet; thence north 71°25?10? west 65.17 feet to the true point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom a 35.00-foot by 75.00-foot parcel of land more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the center lines of 4th and J Streets, such intersection as shown on Record of Survey entitled "Area Contained within the Boundary of Project No. 4 of The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Sacramento" and filed in Book 26 of Surveys, Map No. 18, at the office of the recorder of the County of Sacramento, California, and proceeding thence along the center line of 4th Street north 18°25?13? east 210.16 feet; thence south 71°27?44.5? east 40.00 feet; thence south 18°32?15.5? west 10.00 feet; thence south 71°27?44.5? east 12.00 feet to a point which shall be known as the true point of beginning; thence commencing in a direction bearing south 18°32?15.5? west, a distance of 35.00 feet; thence south 71°27?44.5? east 75.00 feet; thence north 18°32?15.5? east 35.00 feet; thence north 71°27?44.5? west 75.00 feet to the true point of beginning containing 2,625 square feet.
Also excepting therefrom a 40.00-foot by 60.00-foot parcel of land more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the center lines of 4th and J Streets, such intersection as shown on Record of Survey entitled "Area Contained within the Boundary of Project No. 4 of The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Sacramento" and filed in Book 26 of Surveys, Map No. 18, at the office of the recorder of the County of Sacramento, California, and proceeding thence along the center line of 4th Street north 18°25?13? east 210.16 feet; thence south 71°27?44.5? east 147.00 feet; thence south 18°32?15.5? west 15.00 feet to a point which shall be known as the true point of beginning; thence south 71°27?44.5? east 60.00 feet; thence south 18°32?15.5? west 40.00 feet; thence north 71°27?44.5? west 60.00 feet; thence north 18°32?15.5? east 40.00 feet to the true point of beginning, containing 2,400 square feet.
