12.36.060   Installation without permit.
   Any awning or sidewalk canopy installed without a permit or maintained after a permit has been revoked shall constitute a public nuisance and shall be subject to removal without notice by the building inspector. The cost of such removal shall be charged to the owner of the property. (Prior code § 38.05.059)
