12.36.040   Permits-Issuance.
   If the building inspector finds that all of the requirements for the issuance of a building permit for an awning or sidewalk canopy have been complied with, he or she shall issue a revocable building permit to the applicant. Any application which does not meet the requirements of this chapter shall be denied. (Prior code § 38.05.057)
