If an application is deemed approved by law or regulation, all applicable requirements of this chapter, including those requirements set forth in the telecommunication facility standards in effect at the time the permit is deemed approved, and any other applicable laws, including, without limitation, standard conditions of approval, automatically attach and apply as permit conditions.
