8.96.030   Alterations, additions and repairs.
   Except as provided in subsection B of Section 8.96.020, all buildings or structures which are required to be repaired or demolished under the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the requirements and standards set forth in Title 15 (Buildings), Chapter 15.24 (Plumbing Code) and Chapter 15.32 (Electric Code), Chapter 15.36 (Fire Protection), Chapter 8.100 (Housing Code), and Chapter 8.04 (Nuisance Code) of this code.
