5.28.1070   Complaints.
   Any citizen who asserts that there has been a violation of any of the provisions of Sections 5.28.920 through 5.28.990, 5.28.1020 through 5.28.1060, or 5.28.1150 of this chapter, may file a written complaint asserting such violation with the clerk of the board of directors of the cable television commission. (Prior code § 20.05.432)
