6-2-3: PERMITTING USE BY OTHERS RESTRICTED; HYDRANT USE:
No person shall permit city water to be used for any purpose except upon his own premises, except in an emergency, and then only if written permission is first obtained from the council. Anyone wishing to obtain water from a hydrant for construction purposes shall make application to the council for such services 1 . (Ord. 106, 5-12-1981)
