6-2-7: USE OF HYDRANTS; INTERFERENCE WITH SYSTEM 1 :
No person other than authorized city personnel shall operate a fire hydrant or interfere in any way with the city water system without first obtaining authority to do so from the council. (Ord. 106, 5-12-1981)
