§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person or persons who shall violate any provisions of §§ 51.01 through 51.25 inclusive shall be fined for such violation not less $50. A $50 fine shall also be assessed for each day past the corrective action due date in which the documented violation remains uncorrected as determined by the Code Compliance Officer. Subsequent or repeat offenders shall be punished by a fine of $100 for each subsequent violation.

   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of § 51.06 shall upon conviction, be fined, forfeit, and pay to the city, any sum, not less than $500 for each offense.

   (C)   Any violation may be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer, or Violation Clerk, as prescribed herein in this code and any violation may be filed with a court by the City Attorney to enforce this chapter.
   (D)   Any person who willfully and/or intentionally damages, destroys, or defaces the city's trash toters will be fined the cost to replace the trash toter. Fines will be levied at the discretion of the city Code Compliance Officer.
   (E)   Residents who are delinquent on their additional trash toter fee will have their trash toter confiscated by the city Street Department if the fee is not paid within ten days of the due date.
