§ 51.25 FEE SCHEDULE.
   (A)   Any city resident in a single family dwelling may request an additional trash toter by contacting the city Code Compliance Officer.
   (B)   The fee for an additional city issued trash toter will be established pursuant to the City Solid Waste Fee Schedule and shall be paid to the City of Rushville Clerk-Treasurer at Rushville City Center. Once the fee is collected, the city Street Department shall deliver the trash toter to the residence, where the trash toter shall remain unless the resident no longer desires the use of a second trash toter.
