There shall be no parking of vehicles or heavy equipment on the sidewalk. Exemptions may be made only in circumstances when it is absolutely necessary that such vehicle or equipment must traverse a sidewalk. In such cases, the contractor responsibilities are outlined in § 96.107 and are incurred by the contractor.
