§ 93.22 UNNECESSARY SPINNING OF TIRES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for the driver of any motor vehicle in the city to cause, in the operation of his or her vehicle, noise to be made by unnecessarily spinning the tires of the vehicle.
   (B)   Any person violating this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be fined not more than $250 or imprisoned for not more than 30 days.
