§ 110.45 COLLECTION OF DEFICIENCY.
   The City Manager may use any one, or a combination, of the following methods to collect a deficiency:
   (A)   Criminal prosecution in accordance with § 110.47.
   (B)   Civil penalties in accordance with § 110.47.
   (C)   Equitable relief in accordance with § 110.47.
