(A) Overall speed limits; Business District. Except as otherwise provided in this schedule, it shall be unlawful for any person to drive any vehicle at a speed in excess of 20 miles per hour in any Business District in the city, or in excess of 35 miles per hour in any area of the city outside a Business District.

(B) 25 miles per hour. No person shall drive any vehicle at a speed in excess of 25 miles per hour on the following streets or portions thereof in the city:
(1) Gordon Street from Morgan Street to Crestwood Drive.
(2) All streets extending from the corner of Morgan and Morehead Streets to Madison Boulevard and Oak Street.
(3) Clayton Avenue in its entirety.

(4) Crestwood Drive in its entirety.
(5) Long Avenue from Morgan Street past Crestwood Drive to the city limits.
(6) Reade Drive from Long Avenue to the end of the cul-de-sac and from Long Avenue to the city limits.
(7) Edwin Court in its entirety.
(8) Westover Drive from Crestwood Drive to the city limits.
(9) Pointer Street in its entirety.
(10) Park Street in its entirety.
(11) Windsor Drive in its entirety.
(12) Dover Street in its entirety.
(13) Dolly Street in its entirety.

(C) 35 miles per hour. Upon the erection of signs giving notice of the authorized speed limits, the speed limit of 35 miles per hour will be in full force and effect in the city:
(1) On Reams Avenue (SR 1363) from Madison Boulevard (US 501 Bypass-NC 49) to Ridge Road (SR 1363), State Highway Commission Location No. 33.
(2) On Morgan Street (SR 1409) from Reams Avenue (SR 1363) to Leasburg Road (US 158-NC 49), State Highway Commission Location No. 32.
(3) On Ridge Road (SR 1363) from Chub Lake Street (SR 1333) to the northern corporate limit, approximately 0.02 miles north of Williams Road (SR 1364), State Highway Commission Location No. 34.
(4) On Concord Road (NC 57) from Leasburg Road (US 158-NC 49-57) to the western corporate limit, approximately 0.2 miles west of Jean Street, State Highway Commission Location No. 31.
(5) On Leasburg Road (US 158-NC 49-57) from Madison Boulevard (US 158-501 Bypass, NC 49-57) to Concord Rd. (NC 57), State Highway Commission Location No. 29.
(6) On Leasburg Road (US 158-NC 49) from Concord Road (NC 57) to Morgan St. (SR 652 1409), State Highway Commission Location No. 30.
(7) On Madison Boulevard (US 501 Bypass-NC 49) from Leasburg Road (US 158-NC 49-57) to Reams Avenue (SR 1363), State Highway Commission Location No. 28.
(8) On US 158 from SR 1409 to the western corporate limit, approximately 0.05 miles west of SR 1409, State Highway Commission Location No. 35.
(9) On NC 49 from US 158 to the western corporate limit, approximately 0.05 miles west of US 158, State Highway Commission Location No. 36.
(D) 15 miles per hour. No person shall drive any vehicle at a speed in excess of 15 miles per hour on the following streets or portions thereof in the city:
(1) Pine Ridge Drive in its entirety.
(2) Pine Ridge Court in its entirety.
