§ 71.02 RIDING ON PORTION OF VEHICLE NOT INTENDED FOR PASSENGERS.
   (A)   No person shall ride in or upon any portion of a public conveyance or vehicle not designed or intended for the use of passengers. This provision shall not apply to an employee engaged in the necessary discharge of a duty or to persons riding within truck bodies in spaces intended for merchandise.
   (B)   The operator of a motorcycle or bicycle, when upon a street, shall not carry any person upon the handlebar, frame or tank of the vehicle, nor shall any person so ride upon any such vehicle.
