§ 53.999 PENALTY.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished in accordance with G.S. § 14-4. The maximum fine for each offense shall not exceed $500. Each day that the violation continues snail constitute a separate offense.
