§ 30.02 GENERAL DUTIES OF MAYOR.
   The Mayor shall:
   (A)   Preside over all meetings of the City Council.
   (B)   Keep himself or herself informed as to the city’s business.
   (C)   See that all laws and ordinances are enforced.
