§ 130.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Violations of § 130.01 shall be punishable by a fine pursuant to the following schedule during the construction period:
         (a)   First violation: $50;
         (b)   Second violation: $250; and
         (c)   Third and additional violations: $500.
      (2)   Each day a violation occurs shall be a distinct and separate violation subject to an additional fine in the amount set forth in division (B)(1) above. All fines prescribed by this division (B) for violations shall be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer.

   (C)   Any person found guilty of violating § 130.02 shall be guilty of an infraction and be fined $50.

   (D)   A violation of § 130.03 shall result in a fine of $50.

   (E)   Violations of §§ 130.15 through 130.17 shall be treated by the Town Marshal or other law enforcement officers in the same manner as other curfew violations under I.C. 31-37-3-2 et seq., as amended, and persons violating the curfew created hereby shall be subject to the same sanctions and penalties as applicable for violation of I.C. 31-37-3-2 et seq., as amended. Additionally, any person violating any provision of §§ 130.15 through 130.17 shall be fined $50 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
