1317.04 CONTRACTOR’S BOND.

Any person licensed to engage in HVAC work shall file with the Municipal Administrator a bond in an amount to be established by ordinance, the surety thereon to be approved by the Municipal Administrator as to sufficiency, and such bond shall be subject to approval by the Law Director as to form.
