Original license: An applicant for an original license must hold a valid HVAC contractor’s license from a governmental entity other than the City of Rossford.
Annual renewal: A license holder seeking an annual renewal must present a valid HVAC contractor’s license from a governmental entity other than the City of Rossford.
Fees for the original license and renewal license shall be established by ordinance.
Any HVAC contractor or builder performing any work for which a permit is required by this chapter, who has not first obtained the license required by this section, shall be fined an amount equal to the license fee.
Any original license that is issued in November or December shall be valid for the following calendar year.
