(a) The electrical inspection fee for initial inspection shall be as follows: seventy-five percent of permit fee, or one dollar ($1.00), whichever is greater, on new construction, and fifty cents (50¢) on changeover.
(b) When additional inspections are required or requested on account of defective construction, the contractor or builder shall pay the City five dollars ($5.00) for each.

(c) The Electrical Inspector shall receive five dollars ($5.00) for each additional inspection required or requested because of defective construction.
