10-2-8: CLOSED SYSTEM AIR CONDITIONING:
   A.   For purposes of this section, the phrase “major remodeling” means any remodeling which has a cost or value of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00) or more, and the phrase “major structural modification” means any structural modification which has a cost or value of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00) or more.
   B.   All air conditioning systems installed in any building or structure which is constructed in the Village shall be of the “closed system” type so as to provide for the recirculation and reuse of water. Whenever there is any major remodeling or major structural modification of any building or structure within the Village which is air conditioned with an air conditioning system which does not recirculate and reuse water, such air conditioning system shall be replaced as part of the remodeling or structural modification with closed system air conditioning which will provide for the recirculation and reuse of water.
