The Museum Commission is hereby authorized to solicit and accept on behalf of the Village monetary donations which will be used to defray the cost of operating and maintaining the museum. The Museum Commission is further authorized to accept on behalf of the Village gifts of works of art which are artistically and aesthetically compatible with the Hummel figurines and plates, Anri wood carvings and other similar objects donated to the Village pursuant to the agreement of gift; provided, that the terms and conditions of such gifts are not any more restrictive than the terms and conditions contained in the agreement of gift.
