2-4-3: POWERS AND DUTIES:
   A.   The Museum Commission shall have the power and duty to cause the museum to be established and operated within the Village. The Hummel figurines and plates, Anri wood carvings and similar objects given to the Village pursuant to the agreement of gift, a copy of which is attached to ordinance 84-11-17A as Exhibit A (the “agreement of gift”) will be placed on public display in the museum in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement of gift. The name of the museum shall contain the phrase “Donald E. Stephens”.
   B.   The Museum Commission shall have the power and duty to establish policy for, provide for, and oversee the operation and maintenance of the museum and any and all works of art which become part of the museum’s collection.
   C.   The Museum Commission shall have the power and duty to cause an annual budget to be prepared for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the museum and any and all works of art in the museum's collection.
   D.   The Museum Commission shall have the power and duty to take any and all action necessary to comply with the terms and conditions of the agreement of gift.
