A. The Chamber of Commerce shall have the authority to establish a membership program for businesses located within the Village and companies and persons who engage in commercial and professional activities within the Village.
B. The Chamber of Commerce may solicit businesses and persons who engage in commercial and professional activities within the Village to become members of the Chamber.
C. The Chamber of Commerce may charge members dues for the purpose of supporting the activities of the commission and may limit participation in the commission's activities to commission members.
