The Chamber of Commerce shall have the power:
A. To undertake programs and other activities which are designed to provide support for businesses which are located within the Village and commercial and professional activities which occur within the Village.
B. To undertake programs and other activities which are intended to enhance communication between the Village government and businesses and commercial and professional activities located within the Village.
C. To undertake programs and other activities which are intended to publicize or otherwise attract new businesses and new commercial and professional activities to the Village.
D. To undertake such other programs and activities consistent with the purposes set forth in section 2-4-1 of this chapter as the Executive Director, acting on the advice of the Chamber’s Board of Directors deems appropriate.
