A. The Chamber of Commerce shall have a Board of Directors which shall have five (5) members and shall act in advisory capacity to the Executive Director.
B. The members of the Board of Directors shall be owners, officers or employees of businesses located within the Village.
C. The Village President may designate a member of the Village Board of Trustees to serve as an ex officio member of the Board of Directors.
D. The Board of Directors may adopt bylaws to govern the operation of the commission; provided, that such bylaws shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter and shall be approved and subject to later modification by the Executive Director of the Chamber.
