8-8-2: OPERATION ON PROPERTY OF OTHERS:
It shall be unlawful and is hereby declared a nuisance for any person to use or operate any motorized skateboard or motorized scooter on the private property of another person, which shall include property of the Village, not open to the public without first obtaining the permission of the owner of such property.
