8-8-1: DEFINITIONS:
As used in this chapter, the following words and terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
MOTORIZED SCOOTER: A scooter which has a motor attached thereto.
MOTORIZED SKATEBOARD: A skateboard which has a small motor attached thereto.
SCOOTER: A board which has small wheels attached and also has a perpendicular pole or similar extension attached thereto which is used to steer and/or as a hand rest.
SKATEBOARD: A board that has a small wheels attached thereto.
