The Chamber of Commerce of the Village is hereby created for the purpose of:
A. Enhancing and promoting commercial and business development within the Village;
B. Publicizing opportunities for business and commercial development within the Village;
C. Publicizing businesses located within the Village;
D. Publicizing commercial and professional activities which occur within the Village;
E. Assisting businesses which are located within the Village;
F. Enhancing communication between the local business community and the Village government; and
G. Engaging in other activities intended to attract new businesses and commercial development to the Village and to maintain the business activity and commercial development that exists within the Village.
