A. Initially, three (3) members of the board shall be appointed by the Village President for a term of four (4) years and two (2) members for a term of two (2) years. Thereafter, all members shall be appointed by the Village President for a term of four (4) years, commencing January 1, subject to earlier removal by the Village President.

B. The term of an incumbent member’s appointment shall continue following expiration of the member’s appointed term of office and until a replacement has been appointed and has qualified.
C. The terms of office of all members of the board shall end on the latter of the first regular meeting of the Village Board of Trustees occurring in January of each year or on the date their respective successors have been appointed and qualified.
