8-1-4: STATE LICENSE AND TAG REQUIRED; AGE OF DRIVER:
   A.   State License Required: No license shall be issued to the owner or lessee of any truck, trailer, or bus unless a license has already been issued therefor by the State of Illinois.

   B.   License Tag: Each owner, upon payment of the fee fixed in the Village Fee Schedule, subsection 3-10-1D of this Code, shall be furnished with an appropriate license tag which the owner shall affix to the vehicle by attaching the same in the lower left hand corner of the windshield of the vehicle and in a conspicuous place on the trailer.

   C.   Age Limit: No person under eighteen (18) years of age, except as provided under the provisions of the Illinois Driver Licensing Law, and except those persons possessing a valid out of State driver's license, shall operate any motor vehicle upon any street in the Village.
