8-1-1: STATE VEHICLE CODE ADOPTED:
Pursuant to the authority granted by 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/20-204, the Village hereby adopts by reference, in total, the Illinois Vehicle Code, 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1-100 et seq., as the same may be amended from time to time, which is made part of this Code and shall be cited hereafter by reference to this section followed by the appropriate Illinois Vehicle Code section number.
