2-1-4: OATH, REMOVAL AND COMPENSATION:
   A.   Each member of the board shall take an oath (or affirmation) of office and shall be subject to removal from office as provided by statute.

   B.   The members of the board shall be compensated as determined by the Corporate Authorities.
