There is hereby created the Board of Public Safety Commissioners which, effective as of February 1, 2021, will consist of three (3) members, appointed by the Village President, by and with the approval of the Village Board of Trustees. The Village President shall appoint one of the members of the Board of Public Safety Commissioners as the Chair. The concurring vote of two (2) members of the Board of Public Safety Commissioners shall be necessary to take any action.
