7-3-8: ANIMAL FIGHTS AND INDECENT EXHIBITIONS:
No person shall instigate, cause or procure any dog fight, cock fight or any public or private fighting, or in any manner instigate, cause or procure, or assist in any indecent or immoral show or exhibition of any animal, under a penalty of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each and every offense.
