7-3-3: DISORDERLY CONDUCT:
   A.   A person commits disorderly conduct when he knowingly:
      1.   Does any act in such unreasonable manner as to alarm or disturb another and to provoke a breach of the peace;
      2.   With the intent to annoy another, makes a telephone call, whether or not conversation thereby ensues;
      3.   Transmits or causes to be transmitted, in any manner to the Public Safety Department a false alarm of fire, knowing that there was no reasonable grounds for believing that such fire existed;
      4.   Transmits in any manner to another a false alarm to the effect that a bomb or other explosive of any nature is concealed in any place and that its explosion would endanger human life, knowing at the time of such transmission but there was no reasonable grounds for believing that such bomb or explosive was concealed in said place;
      5.   Transmits in any manner to any police or public employee a report to the effect that an offense has been committed, knowing at that the time of such transmission that there was no reasonable grounds for believing that such an offense has been committed;
      6.   Enters upon the property of another and for a lewd or unlawful purpose deliberately looks in the dwelling on said property through any window or other opening in it; or
      7.   Assembles, congregates or collects in bodies, crowds, groups of three (3) or more for any unlawful purpose, or for any purpose to the annoyances or disturbance of others within the limits of the Village, nor shall any person in a body of three (3) or more persons congregate, loiter, linger, stand together or near to each other on any sidewalk, street, alley, public parking lot, public park or public passageway or in front of, about or upon any stairway, doorway or window of any church, theater, auditorium, school, hall or other public building so as to obstruct, block, impede or interfere with the free passage of any person or persons on or upon said public sidewalks, streets and ways, so as to obstruct, impede or interfere with free passage of persons entering or occupying any such public buildings or premises or any premises fronting upon any public sidewalk, street or way, when requested to immediately disperse and move any public safety officer, public service officer or other public official; nor shall any person in a body of three (3) or more persons by his language, conversation, conduct or signage, annoy, insult or disturb persons passing on or along any public street, alley, parking lot, park or passageway, or occupying or being within any public building or any place of business or occupying or found within any residence or dwelling structure within the Village.
   B.   Any person who violates any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of the offense of disorderly conduct and shall be subject to a fined not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense.
