Every person who shall keep or maintain any bawdy or disorderly house, or any house or other place where any person is permitted or suffered to make any improper noise or disturbance, or any house or other place where any minor is permitted to drink intoxicating drinks of any kind, or play with dice, dominoes, cards, balls or other articles used in gambling shall, on conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense.
