7-2-22: PENALTY:

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter, where a specified fine has not been provided, shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each and every offense.
