Any person who disturbs any congregation or assembly meeting for religious worship by making any noise or by rude or indecent behavior or profane discourse within the place of worship, or so near the same as to disturb the order and solemnity of the meeting, shall be fined not exceeding seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense.
