A. No person shall throw, cast, lay or place upon any street, sidewalk, or other public place within the Village any glass bottle, window glass, or any other article made of or containing glass, and in the case of the accidental breaking of any glass upon any such street, sidewalk or public place, the owner or person in charge of such glass, or the person responsible for such breakage, shall at once remove the same from such street, sidewalk or public place.
B. Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense.
