A. No person shall throw or cause to be thrown, cast or put into or leave in or on any street, alley sidewalk, public place or enclosed public ground in the Village any stone, missile, nails, tacks, ice, glass, broken crockery or china, iron or metal scraps, or any other article or thing by which persons, animals or vehicles shall or may be injured or endangered, under a penalty of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense.
B. No person shall cast or throw any stone or other missile upon or at any building, railroad cars, tree, or other public or private property, or upon or at any person in any street, avenue, alley, lane, public place, or any enclosed or unenclosed ground in the Village, or aid or abet in the same, under a fine for each offense of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00).
