A. No person shall use or perform with any hand or band organ or other musical instrument in any of the streets or public places in the Village before nine o'clock (9:00) A.M. or after nine o'clock (9:00) P.M. of each day. This subsection shall not apply to band music or any organized musical society engaged in serenading, or civic or military parade.
B. Any person violating any provision of this section shall be subject to a penalty of not less than seventy five dollars ($75.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense.
