7-2-5: BURNING ON PUBLIC PROPERTY:
No person shall burn any standing hay or grass or set fire to or burn any leaves or other combustible material in any park or public grounds within the corporate limits of the Village, or burn any leaves or other combustible material or build any bonfire upon any brick, asphalt or block pavement in the Village in such a manner as to obstruct passage or endanger neighboring property, under a penalty of not less than seventy five dollars ($75.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). It shall be the duty of the Department of Public Safety to enforce the provisions of this section.
