A public safety officer is authorized to arrest a person without a warrant because of a violation of this Code or an ordinance in respect of any of the following subjects:
A. Prohibiting the parking of a vehicle in a designated area.
B. Restricting the length of time a vehicle may be parked.
C. Requiring the purchase and display of a vehicle sticker.
D. Regulating and licensing dogs.
E. Regulating and licensing businesses.
