Any person who desires to authorize the towing of unattended vehicles from his property shall post the property with a notice of the possibility of such towing at all entrances and exits to the parking areas in clear view, free from the interference of any natural or manmade objects. The lettering on these signs shall be in prominent type, at least two inches (2") high, and in a color that contrasts with the background color of the sign. Such sign must also be legible at night. This sign shall contain the following information:
A. The fact that parking is prohibited and that the towing of unauthorized vehicles will take place.
B. The location to which the vehicles will be towed, a telephone number at the Village location, and the name and address of the towing company.
C. The charge for pick up of the vehicle.
