6-1-4: MANDATORY RETIREMENT AGE FOR FULL-TIME OFFICERS:
Effective June 5, 2002, a full-time, regular public safety officer employed by the Village shall be required to retire as full-time, regular public safety officer upon reaching the age of sixty (60).
