5-10-5: NONCOMPLIANCE WITH NOTICE; REMOVAL BY VILLAGE:
If all graffiti is not removed from the premises within seventy two (72) hours of receipt of the written notice or within the seven (7) day extension of time, if such extension was requested and granted, the Department of Public Works shall have the right to enter the premises and remove the graffiti.
