5-3-9: INTENT OF PROVISIONS:
   A.   It is the intent of the Corporate Authorities of the Village that this chapter be interpreted consistent with the requirements of the Illinois Environmental Protection Act.
   B.   It is the intention of the Corporate Authorities of the Village, in enacting this chapter, to supplement, not supersede or replace, the requirements of the Illinois Environmental Protection Act.
