5-3-7: REGULATIONS AUTHORIZED:
The Director of Public Works is authorized to issue regulations consistent with the provision of this chapter which are reasonably necessary to provide for the efficient collection of waste by the Village from single-family houses and condominiums or which are reasonably necessary to implement the requirements and restrictions of this chapter.
